Dynemech offers ANTI VIBRATION SHEETS made from high grade synthetic composite material. These sheets have different load capacities and are available in different natural frequencies to suit various industrial applications. These are resistant to water, oils, lubricating oils, fuels etc. used in the shop floor. Each sheet has defined stress value and can be placed directly under the machine as per the weight of the machine and no. of mounting positions. These plates will not deform plastically, if the weight of machine does not exceed maximum load value of the insulation plates. The available thicknesses are 2mm, 8mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 65mm.

WEDGE MOUNTS

Dynemech Wedge Mounts are designed for industrial machinery that require precision levelling and vibration absorption. This three piece wedgemount has an adjustable bolt which moves the centre wedge between the top & bottom wedges. The movement of the center wedge provides precision height adjustment which can be used for machine leveling. Large supporting surface ensures solidity and rigidity.

All Wedge Mounts have a specialized elastomeric insulation plate at the bottom which provides vibration damping capabilities. These insulation plates are customized for damping different frequencies. All our Anti Vibration mounts have different vibration damping materials for precise machine vibration control. Different models of Anti Vibration Wedge Mounts are available depending on whether the machine needs to be:

green-bullet Bolted to the mounts and grouted to the floor (Series DT),

Vibration reduction is possible through assembling respective Dynemech insulation plates. These Anti Vibration mounts are suitable for heavy CNC machines and Power Presses as these mounts can take large loads and provide levelling adjustment. The Anti Vibration mounts have large surface area for maximum coverage under machine body and provide maximum support to machine during levelling.

SCREW SUPPORT MOUNTS

Dynemech Screw Support Mounts are designed for industrial machinery that require levelling and vibration isolation and reduction. These circular mounts are placed between the machine feet and the floor. The machine feet rest on top of the circular mount and vibrations are isolated based on the vibration frequency generated by the machine and natural frequency of the screw support mounts.

All Screw Support Mounts have a specialized elastomeric insulation plate at the bottom which are tuned to different natural frequencies for different applications provides excellent vibration isolation. Different models of Vibration Isolation Mounts are available depending on whether the machines:

green-bullet Have plain holes in the base of the machine Leveling is done by turning the bolt which lifts the cover plate. (Series DLC),
green-bullet Have threaded holes in the base of the machine and has manufacturer supplied Bolt which can rest on the dimple of vibration isolation mounts (Series DL),

TPM SERIES MOUNTS

TPM Series Mounts have a height of 100mm/150 mm (as per client requirement) at mean position to help proper cleaning and repairing under the machine as per TPM guidelines for machine installation by IMTMA.

All TPM Series Mounts have a specialized Anti-vibration elastomeric insulation plate at the bottom which provides vibration reduction. Different models of TPM Series Mounts are available depending on machine to be installed.

Precision Levelling Mounts - Series VHS

VHS Festofix Leveling Wedge Mounts are useful in leveling and aligning machinery to very strict tolerances and make it possible to vary adjustments at any time, even under maximum loads requiring only a small hand wrench to adjust. These mounts provide the most rigid machine-to-foundation connection. The 3-piece wedge design provides true vertical lift and eliminates lateral movement as machines are raised or lowered.

SOPHISTICATED SYSTEM DESIGN

Though VHS Series mounts are similar in appearance to conventional wedge-type leveling equipment, they differ significantly in concept and application. Alignment adjustments are made after anchor nuts have been tightened. In this way, the anchor bolts are tightened uniformly to predictable stress levels by adjusting the VHS Festofix mount basic unit upward prior to the final alignment procedure eliminating the customary torquing of anchor nuts. This gives substantial savings in time and effort normally required for the installation of sophisticated machine tools.
